Can I export my data?
Yes. Reports like Payments, A/R Aging, and Occupancy can be exported to CSV so you can share with accountants or import into other systems.
Does Storqube support multiple locations?
Yes. You can manage multiple locations and run reports filtered by location.
What permissions are available?
Storqube uses role-based permissions so staff can be limited to specific actions (read-only reports, managing units, recording payments, admin functions, etc.).
How long does onboarding take?
Most sites can be set up quickly: create locations and units, add customers, and start leases. If you're migrating from spreadsheets, you can import via CSV using exports as a template.
Can I track units in maintenance or locked status?
Yes. Units can be marked Available, Occupied, Locked, or Maintenance. Occupancy reports include per-unit details so you can quickly see what needs attention.
Do you support cash, check, and card payments?
Storqube supports recording cash, check, and card payments. Each payment can include a reference and notes, and receipts can be emailed.
Can I see what is past due?
Yes. Use the A/R Aging report to see balances bucketed by age (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+), with an option to include all open charges.
